ASSISTANCE WITH VISA FORMALITIES@EMBASSY

In case there is enough time to proceed through the ordinary procedure, INTERSEAS is able to assist your company with the Schengen visa arrangements at the home Embassy or Consulate concerned. We do take appointments, inform on required documents and procedures, we also provide the Letter of Invitation (LOI).

Ok to board-Visa on arrival Support

According to the Regulation 2009/810 « VISA CODE » and Annex 26 par. 2 of the Implementing Decision of the European Commission C (2020) 64 final in force, Seafarers can apply for « Transit Schengen Visa » at external Schengen Borders if same can not be done at the Embassy as per normal procedure. INTERSEAS’ Team is able to apply and obtain Schengen Visa for your crew members at various airports in Europe within 24 hours !

Crew change support

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, INTERSEAS’ crew change expertise has come to the fore. Our round-the-clock support for ship owners, managers and operators to ensure crew signing off or on, have the smoothest and safest transfers possible. We have comfortable vehicles all over « ARA » area, adapted to the transport of different groups of seafarers.
